These three gallery names are rather archaic.

are three related Greek words referring to aspects of the Earth.

KHTHON
Khthon (or Chthon) is my guilty pleasure; it refers to the world beneath the sunlit world of Gaia. It implies death and ending but also a quiet, waiting kind of fertility, like a seed in frozen ground. It's also apparently the genesis of the word Cthulhu from H.P. Lovecraft, so that's cool to. Somewhat darker images can be found here. In the case of the 1st gallery, Cave Art, the name is literal, referring to the actual underground.
